I worked long and hard to create an entire neighborhood replacement and MTS has removed two of the five lots. Because I only want these homes available as a set, I am withdrawing the other houses from MTS.

If you want my houses I am on the Sims exchange under sim-scifiguy.

===

A mid-century modern, open concept one story with a sunken living room and a massive skylight. The front yard features native species landscaping and a fire pit for enjoying the desert nights. The backyard includes a shady kid's play area and a large pool with plentiful lounging space for the many sunny days ahead.

Fair warning: I had just gotten Dream Home Decorator so this house is packed with it!

TIP: Tell your sim to sit in the chair first, then tell them to use the computer.
