Hi @lolavaruska !
Okay, first things first! You will need the following tools:
1- TSR Workshop: The easiest way to begin would be to use TSR Workshop tool. Bear in mind you will not be able to create default replacements with this tool. You'll have to use certain tutorials like the ones below. TSRW will allow you to clone an outfit and export the mesh file to be used in a 3D meshing/morphing tool. Which brings me to my second tool.
2- Milkshape 3D: This is what I use to modify meshes based on the alex_stanton's torso with defined pecs. It will be hectic to use at first, but be patient and you will get the hang of it. You can google some tutorials on how to use it.
3- S3PE: If you want to create default replacements, you will need S3PE.
4- S3OC: Additionally, if you want to create default replacements, you will need
S3OC as well, because it will allow you to clone an outfit with all the necessary resources to create default replacements.
5- Mesh Tool Kit: This one is also necessary to create default replacements. It will allow you to name resources in the package file produced through TSRW to be able to create default replacements.

Last but not least, a thread I created when I was running into issues creating a DR but eventually managed to figure it out, which might be of help for you:

Hope this helps!
