Wow, these homes really maximize the use of the available space - it's fascinating. Even the little vestibules have seating, so people have a place to put on their shoes on the way out . Interesting to see that not all duplexes remain mirror images. The third floor on the one half, the extended kitchen and add-on bathroom, they're unexpected and give so much personality.

As always, I absolutely love your homes and the way you recreate them from the original blueprints that inspire them.

And Seaphus is adorable! :D

Thank you Your comments always make me .
I had a minor heart-attack while testing this lot - as the game decided Seaphus was about to become an old man-doggie!
While he and Jo haven't reached the end of their "Lot Testing" contract with me; I am in no way ready for him to slow down...
Thankfully I had 'testing cheats' enabled - now he's at the start of his adult life again. Whew!
He is the sweetest doggie :lovestruc

The right side house (without the loft conversion) is very much like the first house I lived in when I got married they are known as 2 up, 2 down houses. The bathroom was 'tagged' on the back and absolutely freezing in the winter because it only had a single brick skin ,plus we didn't have any central heating, just a gas fire in the living room and a gas heater in our bedroom. The bathroom had a one bar electric heater on the wall, it took an hour to be warm enough for me to even contemplate having a bath in there! (no shower). My first daughter was born whilst we lived there - she never had a bath in the bath because it was too cold. I bathed her in her baby bath in front of the gas fire in the living room. Our garden was 100ft long but only 15ft wide :D
Thanks for the reminisce

Oh! I'm so glad it is recognizable . I think it is very cute - small, but cute. And narrow! Wow - that is a narrow property!
The original house does have a central chimney... but, I didn't have 2T to spare for it. It sounds like it really should have one though. Brrrr!
I like the cold, but that sounds too cold even for me

I see this is perfect found for my trio lake. I guess it also great when stitched together in one lane with some edits to the walls.
Actually I don't know where to put this. I will demolish some lots for it.

I love how you're using real-life homes as inspiration! I live in Torquay and there's some gorgeous "millionaires' row" houses that I want to build on here eventually.

Sounds beautiful! That would be known as the English Riviera, right? I can't wait to see some of them

Properties in the UK are smaller than US ones I think. And yes we had a fireplace with chimney breast in the living room and kitchen. I built a row of houses, similar to these as well https://www.modthesims.info/d/47225...apartments.html

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!

I noticed when downloaded this house that issue with Lunatech Light Fixtures. I know they are usually lower when with no mods however here it is all a bit upper then usual and remain the same height at all levels. New placed lights are at usual height tho. I use Menacemen's lighting fix for it. I see you too. So what was caused this? Any ideas?

Also when I first entered this lot I woundered to see this lady. What is she doing on this lot LoL? Though this issue is solved. The solvation is the same like with doors you said before: to re-enter on this lot.

Do you have some sort of bar "fix" mod - something that forces bartenders to show up for the bars? I've never had that happen before!
As for the lights - they jump up like that because of the Sweet-Down-Low fix. Just click on them... like you did
I have a disclaimer posted at the very bottom about it:
Quote:
NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)

Yes I have. Because base game bars not spawning bartenders I have one fix that makes barterders to spawn on it. But that mod related just for base game bars. Your bar is not base game... I guess. Or maybe I am wrong and it is base game.
As for lights, they were not back when I fetch it and push Esc. Like that was with curtains and paintings. That's why I came here with question.
