I can't put this lot on my lot and it has a beach .. how do I install it?

Hi @Missdabone
Since these beach lots are smaller than those included in the game, they must be placed on roads as close to the water.
most of the map templates included in the game do not offer the possibility of placing them.
The templates that I have created and that you can get gives you the possibility of placing them without problems.
