Small Modern House (no CC)

Hello there!

Today I'm bringing a simple and small modern house. It has space to acomodate a couple, a child and a toddler. Perfect for those that don't like to play in big lots. Unfortunately, there's a glitch that I couldn't fix in the master bedroom in which the middle wardrobe simply disappears with the clothes and the shoes when you leave and enter the house again. I don't know why it happens, sorry. You can just delete it or copy the other wardrobe, clothes and shoes and put them there. Besides that, the house is working properly.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
