Rich but not that rich. Rich enough for a pool and children's level but not quite rich enough for the ballroom and helicopter. A garage could be added if the lot was levelled but it would never fit one of those 6 car garages.

This house is beautiful and I always loved this house too but I wish it had a pool. Your remake of it looks awesome and the blue is beautiful but I have a question, if I download this house, will it replace the old one like a default? Defaults don't work in my game, they cause problems so I have to know otherwise I will just keep the old one. Also, I found out that any house you like on the game, you can keep it in your house directory. You just have to use the house symbol and wala, you have the house, just make sure it is empty because if there is Sims in it, it might screw up your game.

No, this is not a default and won't alter the one in your game in any way. Once you install my makeover it will simply show in your lot bin for using as many times as you like.

And yes don't ever move an occupied lot (sims or graves/urns) into the lot bin. Make sure any lot you want in the bin is completely empty of sims alive or dead.

@Sims Girl You may need to update your WinRar. At some point they updated it and the older one won't open things zipped with the newer version.

No I can't update because it will ruin my computer. Can't you just make it in a file I can open?

it's not a matter of me simply zipping it another way. WinRAR is all I had.

I have downloaded 7zip and used that to zip the house package. If this doesn't work for you then you will have to figure something else out.
