Suburban sprawl is an evil of mankind. One of the ways to combat all the land waste is to construct higher density housing. Townhouses have existed before the automobile, but they're still being made because they hold higher densities while still looking like small houses instead of big apartment blocks.

The Bellbottom Homes give your Sims a cozy, homey house, friendly neighbors, and the chance to be part of a (quite literally) tight-knit community.

The first thing you'll notice is these townhouses feature a sunken yard. This is a common feature of houses like these in many places. Now, having slopes on your lot is like a cardinal sin here on MTS, but luckily all the slopes are away from the edges of the lot, so no worries about your terrain being changed.

Each unit has 3 floors (counting the basement), 1 bathroom, and it's own yard. The room size and layout is what makes these homes both affordable and flexible. The kitchen is kind of small, but meals will taste just as good here.

The basement is slightly smaller than the upper floors due to how basements work in general, but as the images show, it can be used as anything; an extra bedroom, a study, a nursery, or just plain hoarding space.

EPs Needed:
All of them. Do we even need this section anymore?

Installation Instrucktions:
Click on the sims2pack, go thru the install, and done, It should be in the L&H bin.

Glitches (oops):
*In Neighborhood view and as neighbor houses when playing, some front wall segments will be missing. This happens because of how half roofs work and I don't know how to fix it.

*If you're in an upper floor, go to tab mode, and descend to the basement, the upper stairs of the two middle units somehow bleed under into the basement. This is a visual glitch, as playtesting has shown the room works fine, and only visible in this particular situation.

Have fun with this!
