These three houses of classical architecture are ideal for a simple family of sims. On the first floor is the entrance for cars and only two houses have access to a small side patio where you can place objects of your choice.
on the second floor it includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen area and a living room.
The rental cost ranges from 2,389 to 2,850 simoleons per week.
The communal area has a simple basketball court and a swing and is decorated withplants.
They may be the simplest apartment type houses but at the same time they are versatile and easy to play.
