Perfect! This is great for a townhouse in a thriving metropolis. It's exactly what I needed, thanks!

There is a minor problem with this lot. Shift-click to floor a whole room will put flooring on tiles other than in the room - sometimes in rather large areas of the lot. This is what I've experienced in my game, anyway.

You can download another 2x2 lot that doesn't require EP here:

I've noticed that, however, another 2x2 lot in Pleasantview (the one near Don's house) would become cheaper than my uploaded lot when making a blank lot with the price 1750 in normal neighborhood and less than 400 in university. But I don't think I'm going to upload it since there seems to be a problem when I upload my lots: all my lots are rejected recently.
I uploaded seven more of mine and had to wait for more than a week, only to found out that all of them are rejected. So I think I will stop uploading my lots for a while, maybe until Nightlife is released.

There are a Couple of 2x2 Lots in Pleasant Ville. The Brokes house is actually a 2x2 Corner Specific Lot and The Singles Section by Don's house contains a couple of standard 2x2 lots.
