The easiest way to put some more pep in a small world is using the new Residential Rental type, and I started with this one, a remodel, if you will, of the Death House from the D&D module The Curse of Strahd, and tried to limit myself to as few packs as possible. I had to rework some of the interior walls to support a rental style, but I think it came out quite well, if I do say so myself. As usual, I've themed the units by color.

- Ebony: §66/day, 1 bed, 1 bath
- Scarlet: §154/day, 2 bed, 2 bath
- Mauve: §157/day, 3 bed, 1 bath
- Cerulean: §151/day, 2 bed, 1 bath

Each unit has been lightly playtested, as has the communal parlor room.
