I love the Mountains and ironically so do my Sims. :argh: Who would a thunk it. So in that vein I worked up a nice little Mountain Cabin inspired home for my Sims and thought it might be good enough to share. This is my first upload to MTS2 so feel free to critic but not to flame. If you like this house I might create some more lots in this genra.

Enough about me and on to the house. It is a bit pricey for a home it is 150,000!
:bump: But then a home like this in real life runs about the same. It was designed as an open loft type home with a large open veiw. It is based on a overhanging house that I once saw and fell in love with. There is also a secluded whirlpool and a free standing deck for the outside BBQ'er.

The house is now Sim tested and it was created with them in mind. The sleeping area is not Woohoo freindly in that it is an opean loft area. But then if you have the whirlpool... :nana: I also created it in a complety clean game no hacks, in fact no downloads at all. I did not use any cheats of any kind to create it. The only thing is I created it with University so it is probably EP only.

PS: Sorry for the origanals hot tub problem. :Slap:

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love it, I hope it's not EP REQUIRED! I don't have Uni.

Thank you all for the kind words. I was wondering if any one would want an unfurnished version. If they do I will upload it here. Again thanks and I am glad that you all have found it worthy to be in your games.

Sorry I only have 7zip so I can only put it in zip or 7zip and since 7zip is not a file type allowed to be used on this site I can't help. I am truely sorry I love rar files myself too. If someone with a rar file creater could make you a copy I would not mind at all.

The house looks great. I wish I'd be talented enough to build such things.

They'll never hurt you like I do
