All right, first one!! Great house! I love the large rooms! instead of those huge houses with tiny rooms.

Looks Great, But I've Got A Question? If You Used Only Furniture From N/l, Why Do You Need To Have Uni Installed As Well? I've Got Original And N'l, And Would Love To Dl This, But I Don't Have Uni.

Hey Babygirl -

Sorry for the delay in answering...

Basically, its because I don't know which are University objects and which are Nightlife, so its possible that there may be a university object in there. I think - though I could be mistaken - that if one of the maxis objects (either build mode or buy mode) is a university one and you don't have it, it would probably replace it with a maxi's one you do have. So you could try it - it may not end up exactly as shown, but it should be pretty close.

Though of course, I can't guarantee it wont crash your game if it tries to load a university object you dont' have, I have only heard of this happening when people without nightlife try to load lots with cars on them, and this isnt the case here.

I have play tested this house now at this point and it seems to work really well playwise in terms of handy bathrooms and quick naviagation from room to room. It has actually become my favorite house to play.

Thanks for the nice comments folks
