I'm uploading this to community even thought this building serves no community function other than looking rather cool.
They are 3 lots, one of which is the 'lab' type building, with a guard tower, plenty of cool walkways and lab rooms and the such, one is a hanger and the star of the runway, and the other is the runway and heliport.
the 3 lots are to be placed side by side to be viewed from either neighbourhood or ingame mode with 'view lots' option on.
note, the lots are quite big, but they do not seem to lag very much on my computer, which is not excellent (2.2gig AMDXP, 1.5gigram, 9600 ATI 256)
THEY ARE SHELLS, as in, i have no decorated the interior other than adding lighting in order to show up in nighttime neighbourhood.
they can be explored by your sims almost completely, if you wished to use them for movies or what not, and feel free to decorate the interiors or even use them for a mad scientist/alien sim family or something.
no hacks are installed on my copy of nightlife/uni/sims.
BTW:
as the collection is made up of 3 lots, you ought to place them in this order, from left to right:
AREA 15 RUNWAY
AREA 15 HANGER
AREA 15
You'll know if you got it right, as the runway's, walkways and perimeter fence will join between the 3 lots.
i hope you enjoy this.
ps. for maximum astheatic pleasure, add decorative items in neighbourhood mode around the lot, such as radio towers, UFO crashes (essential!), satellite dishes and such.
