Well, I've sorta fixed my game... and well I've started to make more houses. I finished a big one today :

I'm sorry I haven't uploaded a house in a while. MY Sims Games are not working, therefore I cannot make or upload houses. I will be back up and running shortly, thanks for your patience.

I'm in Canada, this comp has no sims on it, I cant make houses.
I've been here for about a week, and I didnt make any houses for a week before that. Sorry about that, be back in 3 weeks.
