I haven't been around in a long time. As with many others here, real life events have been taking up a lot of my time.

I did manage to focus a lot on my new game, and am actually (finally!) playing it. I have no idea whether I'll post about it or not. At this point, I'm still trying to figure out the personalities of my sims. I had an idea with each one I created, but sometimes they have a mind of their own and change things on me. I always find the first generation the most difficult to get to know.

I know I want subhoods at some point, partly in order to use a completely different terrain/culture. I also know I do not want an actual downtown; I'll make a more urban subhood for that.
