Default Dive points in all neighborhoods!
Well, IP is a problematic neighborhood. I do not heard anybody say this ep works fine without freezing and problems like this. I downloaded the fix for the Island Paradise neighborhood here in this site. The freezes were reduced but it still happens frequently, making almost impossible have fun in IP.

So, I was wondering if is possible to add dive points in other neighborhoods? It'll be great! Well, at least I could play IP features out of that neighborhood.

There's a whole bunch of guides on Google if you search "place dive lots sims 3". In my experience placing a dive lot has been a massive pain in the ass, guides aside.

...Then again I am also an idiot so YMMV.

It as though the people working on Island Paradise had no idea that Sunlit Tides even existed.
TS2 and TS3: Where adult sims potty train their toddlers.
TS4: Where adult sims make Angry Poops.

Which game is made for the juvenile minded?
