Default Festival Grounds in option list vanished?
Ok so I was editing my town then suddenly I have to change the park to Festival Grounds ( I am playing Sunset Valley) I had to change the central park to a Festival Grounds... but... the festival option in my list is gone.. Any help of advice? ..

My English is a little bit terrible, but I think, you can understand something.
In the community lot chest or library (I don't know what is "skrzynia parcel" in English) you can find Festival Grounds from every EA towns/worlds. Delete the park, and place the Festival Ground from the community lot/chest to the old place from the park.
I hope you can understand my really bad English ^^
EDIT: Or catalog of lots? I don't know...
