I'm looking for this specific hairstyle, not something "close" or "similar", I have plenty of those. I used to have it because it came with a sim I downloaded and installed. Foolishly, after a while, I uninstalled the original sims3pack and deleted the file, so I lost the hairstyle. The images you see are from a couple of saved sims (when I select them in CAS, they no longer have the hairstyle), and from the CASthumbnails file.

I've searched everywhere: Google, simscatalog, modthesims, simshairs, thesimsresource, simswiki, etc. No luck. If someone knows where I can find this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The first one is close, so maybe it's a slightly longer version by the same creator. But with all the re-textured versions, it's hard to track down. Anubis360? Reis? Peggyzone??? No luck with any of those.

The second one might be a match, but this person doesn't seem to be the creator, and the download page says "hairbase not included", whatever that means. So, this download won't work if I don't have the "hairbase"?

I do think the second one (by Applekissims) matches more. And the hairbase mentioned in the download isn't really required for the hair to show up. It's just hairlines used as makeup for a more realistic look, especially when combined with curly hairs.

The second one was exactly the one I was looking for! As soon as I added it to my game with CC Magic, I could tell that the thumbnail was exactly the same. Hair works in game (see screenshot)!
