Default Stop changing clothes (about career levels without uniforms)
So, since one of the patches (don't remember which one), sims change their clothes from their casual outfit to some completely random one for career levels with no uniforms.Sometimes the clothes are so random, they're ridiculous - sims go to work barefoot, shirtless, or even change their hairstyle! I know you can modify your career outfit, but it's too much of a hassle - why would we need to plan the casual uniform twice? Once in CAS, and the other one to make sims look normal for work. And also, you have to lock the hairstyle for them to not change it.

Is there maybe a mod, which stops sims from switching into random clothes and stay in their casual clothes?

Mine keep going to work in their bathing suit, but I figured it was due to a mod.

this usually happens because some clothing isn't marked for Career, since that wasn't an option when the clothes were created. If you use Master Controller, you can disable clothing filters, so every hair/clothing is usable.

And how do you exactly do that? I tried searching for that option in MC, but couldn't find it.

This explains much. I had a guy going to his part time job at the bookstore, and he was topless and put on pirate pants and flip flops. I don't think a bookstore would let anyone in even as a customer like that.

Yes, Master Controller is good for this. I also use Dresser for the rotation of outfits and when to change outfits. My sims have several different career outfits and use a different one each day.

I did that, but it worked only for the clothes, and not for the hairstyle and glasses. The sim still changed hairstyles and glasses when going to work.

Why oh why did EA do this in their latest patch? Did they honestly think I'd like my punk rocker going to his music career job with a shaved head, skinny saddle pants, and that silly shirt with the inflatable duck ring? (Come to think of it, why oh why did I download that silly shirt with the inflatable duck ring?). I understand punks like to dress differently, but for Pete's sake, I want him to go to work with his liberty spikes and leathers.

My sim was working his way up through the law enforcement career (secret agent branch), and during his stint as an undercover specialist, he would go to work in wildly different outfits each day, but I always figured that was because he was going undercover, and had to blend in to whatever environment he was investigating =)

But how did he decide to show up to work on the first day of his new promotion?? BARE-ASS NAKED. (I kid you not, I have screenshots!) It was a little bit of a shock for me when he strolled downstairs in his birthday suit, stopped to pet the dog (in full view of his teenage daughter, no less!), then dashed out the door and across the yard to catch the carpool. It's a wonder he didn't arrest himself for public indecency! I guess he was investigating a nudist colony that day?

That is the problem if one use "naked skins or cloths", sadly most of them have random enabled, which can make sims use them when a outfit is rolled, i belive if you take a look on your townies there will proberly be some that are topless or buttomless, or even totally naked.

I want my Space Pony title back.. why was it there such a short time..

It's possible to use one of these mods to simply disable Career clothes on everyone in the hood:

I know it's been a while ... do these mods work for everybody else? If I install them (I know how to use mods), nothing changes at all for me, no matter what version I pick.
