Default Is there any tutorial on how to make an existing object invisible that I can interact with in livemode?
Hi hope I found the right page and place.
I was looking to make/get an invisible version of the 'buyable beach towel'. If I use the vanishing object script I cannot interact with the item in live mode so was just wondering if there is a way to make an invisible version of an existing item.

Like the invisible arm chair by ats3 and invisble dance floor/savier seller rugs, I would have to remember where I put it and click on the footprint(?)/item itself

I may regret this, but have to ask. Why would you want this? A dance floor makes sense to me. A towel no.

Makes sense to me. But I cannot tell you how to do it

Have you tried to transmogrify something invisible like these jogging marker ( https://modthesims.info/d/537593/jo...ack-marker.html) to a towel?

Hi I've tried that. When I click on the floor on where the marker is supposed to be I get the correct beach towel interaction options and all but my sim does that route fail action. Probably because the marker doesn't have the correct footprints and all.. Thank you!

I was trying to do this (https://modthesims.info/d/587661) to the beach towel. Even though this dance rug is invisible I can still click on the floor on where the rug is supposed to be and the interaction options show up.

So I made a clone of the towel and added a transparent texture but it shows up black in game. I saw other posts and it seems that this item doesn't have an alpha channel and I would have to manually add it or something.

I guess I'll have to search more or ask the people who made the usable invisible items.
