ooooh... finally something that looks realistic! i could barely see my own version in-game (too thin lines...), so this is a sight for my sore eyes.
one very disappointing thing though: my sim can't / wouldn't stay in one place!

now, someone should animate this! (maybe add lights or other thingamabobs whenever a sim steps on it and make it go BOOM!)

And we all thought sensible leaders a.k.a. animals no longer exist... Lo and behold!

there's a bunch of rar-tutorials on this site, and if all else fails, right-click and 'save target' (or something, my IE only speaks dutch)
then, get Simfilemaid or another rar-extractor to open it

hmm, please make sure you have the mesh (lethes-mesh-floordrawing[16-12-05].package) unzipped and in your downloadsfolder
in the game it should be in the buy catalog, decoratives, misc (that's the three dots) or all
it's cheap, so should be early in the catalog, but I admit the thumbnail is mostly invisible with a bit of a black circle
