WCIF mod that lets sims sleep or nap on studio town lots?
Where can I find a mod that lets sims in the sims 1 sleep on studio town lots?

i see these trailers on the lots in studio town but sims can't sleep in them though, is there a way to hack them so sims can sleep in them and so it boost their energy needs?
or any other way to make it so they're able to sleep on studio town lots?

Inge Jones at Simlogical has a "Power nap" recliner that lets you sleep on Studio Town lots. You can find it at http://www.simlogical.com/sl/downloadpages/motives.htm.

Really, you should just go to Simlogical and look at ALL the Sims 1 stuff there; Inge Jones has made a lot of VERY useful things!

I've made some mods for The Sims 1 -- yes, The Sims ONE :-) -- which you can find at http://corylea.com/Sims1ModsByCorylea.html

I have used it on Studio Town lots, so I knew it could be used there, which is why I recommended it. If I hadn't known for sure it could be used on non-residential lots, I'd have said that Simlogical had this thing, and you could try it and see. :D
