Default Creating hood deco?
I've looked online and can't find any tutorials on creating hood deco. Thank you!

Couldn't find a tutorial, but according to CuriousB here it's pretty much like making other objects, but with a few differences outlined in their post.

Criquette has one on how to light up the deco (for buildings, etc.), here.
