Default populated hood
I've tried Strange Tomato's two "twisted" hoods; Pleasantview just has 2 "surprises", I don't know what the "secret" is in her Twisted Strangetown, but I don't think the genders have been swapped. And that's what I'm looking for (sure I've seen it somewhere); a Maxis hood where all the genders have been changed.

found it here at MTS; it's actually part of a mega or urber hood..more than I was looking for but I'll give it a go!
