WCIF Default mannequin replacement
Looking for default anatomically correct replacements for the Maxis mannequin (the one that you unlock with BoolProp in CAS) skin.

I'm not sure it's even possible to make considering it's all locked in CAS and stuff. Also, if someone could direct me to the original file in my Sims 2 folder, I have a good overlay template that would work also.

If you search the MTS2 Create forums for "default from scratch" you'll find a post by Hysterical Paroxysm that explains how to make your own default templates. You could make a template for the mannequin skin and replace the mannequin textures with the overlay templates you have prepared.
