August Westfall’s bedroom. I didn't build the house itself, all I did was delete all of the windows and doors and replace them, then I re-furnished the entire thing. I love how it turned out, and my favorite room is his bedroom so i figured I’d show it off first.

So, I built this nice and small house for my single sim and I think it's pretty cool, but I'd like to hear some thoughts.

^^Dunno if you're still reading, but just in case your house looks Goddamn kick ass. I really like the glass roof over the car.

So I did some building last night, assisted by a couple of pictures from Google Images. I'm shitty at planning out the exterior and shapes out houses so I just plonked a single storey house from Generations down and ripped apart the innards to make a mayoral office.


Waiting area, taken right inside the main entrance.


Fancy pants decorating, and a radio for bored waiting visitors to listen to. And no doubt, as it's Sims, party hard.



A "modest" statue of the mayor himself, Dameon Tier.

So we go through the white door as seen in the first picture, into Mr Tier's office and are greeted with:

And thus, we see a little more about why Dameon looks as he does, if his statue is anything to go by (and how many people would commission a statue of themselves looking morbidly obese if they weren't? Not Dameon, that's for sure! But don't call him obese. He's not. He's buff. He's ripped. Muscles jiggle to the touch, right? Well, Dameon's do and for the love of God don't question it.)

Thankfully Dameon's private bathroom isn't stuffed with food at all. In fact, barring whatever he may have just crammed into his mouth before entering, there's no food in the bathroom at all.

And, here is my Corner Cottage house I built for a lonely rich sim. I used some real houses as anspiration, but didn't recreate any of themaccurately, just borrowed the porch and roof ideas.

After my sister so kindly pointed out that my sim wedding didn't look anything like a wedding, I decided to make the Gloria Gardens Wedding Hall.

It's right by the beach in Sunset Valley. I tried to go for a tropical color scheme.

Edit: I now realize that the picture is taken from a bad angle... You can't see the landscaping in front. Oh well.
