I like Anto's Maggie hair in post 16 here, but it doesn't work for elders. Does anyone know if someone made a fixed version?

You can just add "10" to the PropertySet that now says "8" (change to 18, commit, save) and it will work for elders (they'll have colored hair).

If you then recolor the hair, elders will be properly enabled and you can make grey hair for them if you want to.

I planned to do exactly that, but even after I changed the property set it still didn't show up for elders.

Did you delete the cache files? Could be those are messing around. Also make sure you don't have duplicates of the files.

Could also be it doesn't work properly unless you make a recolor (but a bit weird, though).

Looks like ari fusilla had a version too , their tumbler is closed but I think vegan and all the other kind folks that helped with the mediafire purge saved their stuff over at sims 2 packrat.

I already tried the grecade version and it had the same problem with elders, despite claiming that they worked.

But it turns out that I did need to make a new recolour to make the changed property set kick in, so I'll use that to make a couple of greys.
