WHY I cant download this ;__; Its like .7z and i dont know how to do with that, can only .zip and .rar .....

I agree with Ciablue - I have no problems storing gems side-by-side, as long as I don't want to use stands . I'm unsure why you thought they couldn't fit? Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to get the gem exactly where you want it, but that can be achieved by filling up empty holes temporarily, and then moving the objects again.

The overview says that you cannot place gems right next to each other on the 55 slot shelf. I was playing on an 'apartment' lot, and was able to place gems right next to each other, and fill all 55 slots with gems. However when I moved my family to a lot w/ a house I was not able to fill the shelf.

There must be different coding for the apartment lots versus the house lots. It's not the shelf or the gems themselves that are causing the issue.

I assume you mean "Why can't I EXTRACT this"? If you are using Windows as your OS, then you need a program called "7-Zip", for Mac it would be "7zX" and for Linux "p7zip". If you have trouble finding the required programs, feel free to use google

hey Lisen thanks so much for these! just a possible suggestion - what if the case was 1 column thick and then multiple ones were placed manually together - being separate items would fix the gem problem right? just an idea if you've got the time or if anybody else wants to do this

I was also able to put my gems side by side using the move objects cheat and this was on a regular residential lot not an apartment. However when i moved homes I was not able to put the gems side by side, even using MOO, in my new home (which was also not an apartment). Very peculiar indeed.
