I don't think anybody gets 10, I think that people are reporting their progress in a confusing way.

Thanks for this! I just keep it going all day, clicking when ever I can. It only works for me one at a time. I'm far from finished with Sims 3, so there's a lot more store content I want.

I do this most of the time while playing Sims. Sims on one monitor, the Store open on the other. That and I usually only buy things on sale or the Daily Deal; got me the bakery last night and saved over 1000 points c:

I think the trick is just to wait finally. I have now 6 windows opened, and just posting in here...I came back and almost all of them had the option. Refresh..switch pages..and repeat.

I was offended by the lack of a Queen's English option on TSF, so I agree.

I got 5 for my first ad, so I'll try this, and see how much I'll rack up.

Watch as EA finds this and takes down the service.

It stopped working for me. I went up 400 points. I'll try again, but they may have noticed that a lot of people were doing this.

jmtmom: it always stops working after a while. It's like there's clusters of the little buttons, and when you use them up, there's no more for a few hours or until the next day.

Still works fine for me and I haven't experiences any pauses. At least not when doing it four hours straight.

It's working again for me. I'm getting a lot of those 3 second ones. If you keep clicking, they still work.

I tried this several months back. I did not have the patience. Lol.

♫ Keeping this here until EA gives us a proper playable woodwind/brass instrument ♫
For now, though, my decorative Bassoon conversion for TS4. =)

Three seconds? That would be fast indeed. I get that 15 second CasinoEuro add. Sometimes very rarely the travel add which I hate.

I am suspecting shenanigans at the moment, because this morning I was just trying to download a thing and the buttons kept cropping up and when I clicked on them, they flashed the video box, but before I could click them I got the thank you box and the points. If it isn't sabotage it's a broken slot machine. I'm not complaining, but I don't expect it to last at this rate.

Well, eveything is still working smoothly for me. I've been doing it all day long and I've also downloaded a bunch of stuff without a hitch. I'm still doing it while writing this.

I don't actually have to watch the CasinoEuro add. When I click it, it says "The content will unload in 15 seconds" and after waiting the 15 seconds to run to 0, I get the "Ok" + points, without watching at all. Always been like that. Currently I'm getting near the 1000 point limit again.

Varpunnen, what do you mean by "1000 point limit?" Does it stop for you at that point?

Oh, no, not at all. I just meant that I had already used my previous 1000 points and was getting near the amount again without a hitch. I was referring to not having any problems with it. The word "limit" was a bad choise, sorry about that.

I find it's mostly 5 points per ad for me, but occasionally I could swear one was 10.

God damn Turkish Airlines and their really complicated ads. There's three stages, and I really hope that the reward was just the Simpoints.

I hate those too. They rare though - at least for me - and I just skip them. Not worth it, really.

The way the Turkish Airlines ad is structured is the way all ads were done initially 1 or 2 years ago. There is always a "Skip" link somewhere in these ads, btw, once the video has ended. No need to connect to FB.

Yeah, I clicked skip, though.
1,600 and something more Simpoints until I can afford what I really want.

It's the same number of stages then:
Regular ad: Click Ad - click Play (starts video) - Click Okay
Turkish Airlines: Click Ad (video starts on its own) - click Skip - click Okay

I've been hitting this up pretty hard.

I've bought a shamefully huge amount of stuff from the Store, but during the life of Sims 3 it was primarily the only thing my "video game budget" went to, with only the rare odd other game every so often. Now, I buy all sorts of everything from Steam. So free points are great.

I have a two monitor set-up, so I collect points on one monitor running Firefox muted and non-ad blocked, and do all my normal internetting on the other with Chrome.

I've noticed for a while that if you owned 85% of a compiled set, you would have the option to download that set. Now I've downloaded compiled sets that I owned 65% or even 28%. I think that EA is aware and allowing this because Sims 3 is really the only competition for Sims 4. Maybe they're hoping that we'll transfer our spending to Sims 4. They don't lose anything by giving away store items at this late date.
