Default Different nude meshes for toddler boys and girls?
Male and female toddlers use the same nude mesh. So I have a little question:
How to make a default replacement mesh, that only replaces the boy nude? Is that possible? Please help!

You can't, as they use the same body mesh. There are anatomically correct parts on the adult site for all ages (including toddlers, IIRC) but it's not done as body meshes.

No, that's not what I meant. There's another mod on SXS2 that allows toddler boys to be anatomically correct too. I assume it works similar to Crammyboy's.

wish i could figure out how to convert this to sims 4 . All that woke shit but no real nudist parts for the whole family.
