WCIF hole in chest and rat on shoulder? FOUND

I've seen two CC in this video that I'm interested in but can't find them anywhere. The first is a hole in the chest with the heart dangling in the middle, seen at 1:24. The second is a rat sitting on the shoulder, seen at 16:30.
