No I'm sorry, the CC isn't included in the download. If you want her to look exactly like that then you'd need the skin and sliders at least.

Thank you so much, she's very pretty.
It was a huge relief that you put the CC downloads very clearly, what highlights etc. because a lot of the downloads on MTS don't have them on the download page, or the links aren't working. So thank you so much! :D
