Default Converting interactions from Sims 3 to Sims 2
Hey everyone,

I have been toying with the idea of animating new interactions into the sims 2, mainly converting animations/interactions from the sims 3 & 4 and have them function in the Sims 2, however I’ve noticed I’ve not seen many done before so I’m just asking if there are certain limitations that stop this from functioning?

I already understand animation and blender, I also understand that I will have to fix the skeleton conversions of both sims 2 vs sims 3 maps.

What I’m aiming to do is start off pretty simple. I noticed in the Sims 3 that grandparents / elderly have an interaction such as showing sims photos of their family, I think this is a cute interaction and want to bring this for the elderly in the sims 2.

I guess before I begin, I need to know if this is even possible and what sort of walls will I be up against?

Thank you!

I have been thinking about trying this, but so far I haven't got round to it. XD But these two tutorials were recommended.

It would be great to have new interactions that aren't just animation boxes, but feel like something from the actual game. I hope people who know can help you.
