Curious - do the beds/armchairs etc display their comfort stats etc in buy mode?

Yup they do!
I also changed some of their stats to reflect their prices better!

Wasn't there an Ikea stuff pack in Sims 2?
Anyway, the two things I really wished were around when I was in grad school the first time was Ikea furniture, and 10 cent a package ramen.
Now I can make my ideal college apartment. Just need a Sims 4 university.

Great job! I really love the trailer you made. It looks so much like an official Maxis trailer. I can't imagine how many hours you put into this!

I am glad for you that you and other creators still have decent motivation for making objects and converting.
I love maxis conversions from past series. because it's all done quite qualitative and recolors are perfect already.
actually I would have just Maxis recolors maps only. I do not need custom wackytacky recolors.
Currently playing Sims 4 full collection. (and fixing my mods folder)
