The heck with my sims moving in, I'M MOVING IN INSTEAD. I love it, the conservatory is gorgeous, I put an easel outside though - couldn't resist, I have to have my sims paint it. Lovely design, thanks for sharing. If this were my house, I'd never leave :D

Wow!! This one looks great!! Can't wait to try it out! I really don't know why, but I have to remove all my custom content on the Mods folder for this to install correctly, otherwise the launcher would freeze on "Installing: Auburn....sims3pack" at 0%.

Congratulations on the feature. Looks like you utilized every tutorial you've put out (other than the waterfall). Definitely a nicely coordinated and open layout. I really like the pool area particularly, though the house isn't exactly to my taste. I'm sure my sims would love it. ;D
