This file actually includes the corrupted doll, which is probably why it can't be installed via the launcher. When extracting the Sims3Pack, you get two files. 0x038a68fe04da61a6aa65f939d77fbc37.package is the corrupted doll, so don't install that one.

Anyhow, very nice house!

Oh, crap! Thanks for pointing that out, Simki.
I replaced the file with a new one. There´s no need to redownload the cottage but better check your Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/DCBackup folder. If there is a 0x038a68fe04da61a6aa65f939d77fbc37.package file follow this tutorial to remove it.
I checked my other uploads and all are fine except this one... I am sorry for the inconvenience, not sure how that happened.
