I've been looking for some old cc site that have closed down. Does anyone have saved copies of cc from komosims?

Also, something a bit more specific. I asked once in the past but maybe someone has been able to find how to do it since.

Since it's possible to set an ownership for a bed, I would LOVE to be able to be able to set an ownership on desks or tables like it's possible for beds. I've seen a mod capable of doing something similar in the sims 2 : http://modthesims.info/d/312004 , especially since i'd use this mod for my own homework as well! Is there anything similar for the sims 3?
