Default Problem with taking requests, please help
You've probably noticed I love making careers and I made some forms to make it easier for me to get all the information needed to create the career for the requesters (I get about 3 requests a week).
I already asked this to the moderators here on MTS, but I didn't get an answer. On the form I ask for the age and today I got a request from someone who is less than 13 years old, but then he is not even allowed on MTS.
As I only take requests from people who are a member on MTS, I think this is an issue.
Should I accept those requests and ignore them being to young to even be on MTS? Or should I tell them it's very sorry but I can't accept their request as long as they are not 13 years old?

Please, can someone help me with this? What would you do in my place? I really don't want problems with the MTS moderators so I really don't know what to do.

Greets,
Lien

I see you're not taking requests for a while, but for future reference I'd tell them that you can't make their career for them as they would not be able to download it from the site where you upload them as they are too young to join it. Or maybe you could make it but upload it somewhere else for them to download, like your own site, maybe?

Obviously, if the moderators already told you something else, ignore me :-)

They didn't tell me something else. I can't upload it to my own site as I already have problems with the bandwith for making it possible to download my own creations.
The thing is that they already are a member of MTS before they are requesting. So should I tell the moderators about those members or not?
But indeed I always tell them I can't make it for them and I shall continue doing that.
Thanks for your reaction!

Yes, tell the moderators. Don't make the career, it'll only tempt them to make a duplicate account. Again, tell the mods!

Well, it happened again. A member of MTS indicated 0-12 years and wants me to e-mail the career first. (Which I don't do anyway, and is written in the instructions).
He indicated he read the instructions, but apparently he didn't as otherwise he wouldn't ask that.

But anyway something else about that. I don't write in the instructions that you have to be at least 13 to request a career as they can just say they are older than 13 (they do, otherwise they wouldn't be on MTS). Now he requested the career Magician and I will tell him I'm not allowed to make the career as he's too young. If he then by another member's name request the same career and indicates +13, I know he's lying and I can reject the career again.

I don't want to get into trouble with the moderators.
But should I inform the moderators as well about a member who is younger than 13? I don't want to be a tattletale.

Yes, it IS against the site rules, after all. I personally would alert the moderators. Besides, they could use the extra help.
You're only a tattle-tale if you only tell on someone to get them in trouble, instead of helping to "enforce" the rules.

Ok, I alerted the mods about this.
It's their investigation now :p

Now I said I alerted it to the mods like I should, but that person in question is still on MTS. Do they need proof or something? I mean if they don't do anything about it, I don't know why I should contact the mods about members on MTS who are younger than 13.
