There is a collection creator tool, but it's old, the interface is clunky, and it can't add walls/floors (even though in game you can).
Was wondering if you would consider making a new collection creator tool. I very much like your simple interfaces and it would be awesome if we could have a tool to create collections for walls/floors outside the game. The old collection creator program also added in diagonal meshes for windows/doors, so it would be nice if the program knew these were diagonals and didn't include them.
I've done some basic research into the COLLwiki resource. For objects it uses the GUID, but for walls/floors it doesn't. Best guess is some sort of hash of the GUID. I couldn't figure out that part, so clearly writing a whole program is well beyond my capabilities.
