I would like to make a mixed use community/residential lot. IE; one of those places like a bar that have a few apartments on top. is there any mods that allow me to do this and have the lot be zoned as mixed residential/commercial?

If not, is there a way that I can lock doors on community lots? Because i have used Nraas debug enabler to move my sims into a community lot, and i keep having random townies letting themselves into my sims home, and they won't go away...

Placing down a rabbit hole with public room marker should do the trick..
