No Household Limit....
I was looking for the mod that would allow you to have more than 8 sims on one lot. I was searching and searching here on, MTS and have ran into a dead end!

Does anyone know if the creator of that mod still around? or what happened to the mod?

OR if anyone know of a mod to have more than 8 people under one roof, can you PLEASE provide the link....???....

I use this new version by BoilingOil.
Unlimited Sims
http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/thread-2139.html

It is the only version that will allow natural twins in a over-7 household.

Creating your own userstartup.cheat to change the max number of sims per lot will also allow this, no?

I use this one: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=250640 I have no problems with having natural twins or hacked twins. I have all EPs and M&G. I also use a userstartupcheat file in order to be able to move sims in from the neighborhood, etc.

No, the userstartup edit is for allowing you to move more sims in, via hood view. I have used different versions of LFoS over the years and BoilingOil's is the only one that allows the chance of natural twins in a over-7 household. BoilingOil coded it different. Whenever the game calls the check for how many sims (or pets) live in the household, it always returns 1 (and unlike LFoS, Unlimited Sims doesn't conflict with anything).

with the unlimited mod can you also have more pets since they count as sims?

BoilingOil's is better. Yes it allows pets.

I use the sims as a psychology simulator...

So you have 8 sims on the lot and can't get your sim pregnant again?

BO's mod works for the lot to have more babies but you need user start up cheat to add more than 8 from the hood view if that is what you are talking about.

BO's mod will allow up to 255 sims on 1 lot but that is way to many anyway.

Put this in your user start up cheat file if you have one.

uintProp maxTotalSims 50
uintProp maxTotalHumans 35
uintProp maxTotalPets 15

This will allow up to 50 sims on any lot in all your hoods.

@RunnRobbie please look at the date and if it is within 1 month then add to it but for this thread you should have made your own or posted in the Stupid/Random Questions V4 thread http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=574020
