If you d/l both the mesh and the top textures I don't see what the problem could be to be honest..

I'm sorry, I don't know how to help you; both items are base game compatible. The only thing I can say is..d/l the right mesh since there is also a skirt mesh in the same post by Dr. Pixel :x
