Ok. I LOVE this house but I don't have EITHER EPs. What would happen if I tried installing it with just the base game?

The objects from the EPs will be missing or replaced by other objects.

Beautiful home. You've done really well on pretty much everything. It's the kind of home I'd love to have in real life.

It would be nice if the edge of the lot blended better with the surrounding landscape. It seems like there's a sudden dip from the outside world to some of the landscaping.

Also, there doesn't seem to be any room for a double bed. You can't put it in the same place as the rug between the twin beds, since there are routing issues. I'm not very good with houses, so I really don't know how to fix it. It's not really a problem, with the right playstyle, but it makes it difficult for me to use, due to personal preference.
