This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Can I and should I delete these files?
They're so bloated and only appeared after installing store content, so I wonder that if I were to delete the files, would that affect the store content that I've installed or is it harmless to do so?

They contain your installed store content. So, it would be gone from your game if you deleted them.
