No, the belt is glued onto the texture and there is no version without it.
Maybe you will be glad to hear that I used rather short tops in the preview pictures, so the belt is not visible with many other tops.

Finally, a designer with good taste! What's the point of wearing pretty boots, if you can't show them off? And, boots always seem to stick out of, or distort the wearer's pants. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful creation with us!

OMG, thank you! This is something we've needed for a LONG time! I have a lot of really great boots, but they can't be seen when my Sims are wearing jeans or slacks. I'm sooo happy to have this. you deserve a great, big hug!!!!

Thanks, these are great! Love the belt too!

And I have an idea for the skin-tight boots still clipping. Try figuring out exactly where the boots end on the sim's foot and maker versions specifically for the skin-tights. That might be too much work for something so simple, though, and it's already great!
