I love this topic! I always enjoy watching how other people's sims change as they "grow up" in the game.
Here are four of my favorite sims during their different life-stages:
Oh, I guess you all know who this is, right? He's my legacy founder.
This is his alien son, Cosmo.
Cosmo's daughter with Bella Goth, Wanda.
And this is Wanda's son with Puck Summerdream, Tim. He just became a teenager today.

Here is a sim from quite a while ago. Her mother was the maxis townie Jan Tellerman (Who by the way is naturally a brunette) and a random guy sim I happened to by playing. She turned out really well, I thought. I only have up to teen, never got back to playing that family.
