Default Saving buy/build activity on community lot with family?
So, I have the buy/build mod from simslice that opens the modes when away from home. But, apparently, the only way you can save build/buy progress is to be on the lot itself without Sims. Is this just how the game is or is there a bug? Is there a mod that will allow me to save progress?

On practice, I was able to save just making th family or sim go back to their home. Have you tried that?
