You could use Poster Loader and Poster Loader Studio to get that exact image into game.
Its pretty simple to use and what I did before I learned to create my own paintings/posters for the game.

I used to be a Sims 1 creator and I dabbled in Sims 2 recoloring.
Thank you for this suggestion. I'll give the program a try.
