It's hard to say with foods, since the mesh changes during play. The biggest mesh included in the package is the full profiterolles over the serving plate: 2232 faces / 3899 vertices; a single portion is 466 faces / 485 verts.
Please note that MaryLou always tries her best (and always succeeds

) to keep the poly count as low as possible.
