I am really new to making cc. I made a decal from a cartoon I watched as a child--"Little Bear".

I would like to know if it is illegal or against the rules to upload images found on google as custom content. Or even anything from tv series. Thanks!

Here you can find the Creator Guidelines . Read through these carefully about the type of content that is not allowed. I think if this is a reference comparison picture to what you have made and it does not violate those guidelines(mostly porn/violence/gore/offensive) it is allowed. You can always ask in Creator Feedback Forum about an upload you want input on before uploading.
